1️⃣ General — About Weblico

Weblico is a subscription-first web design & management service that helps startups, small businesses, coaches and local retailers launch and grow online. We deliver WordPress-based websites plus ongoing maintenance, optional marketing add-ons and upgrade paths — all on predictable monthly or annual subscriptions.
Instead of large one-time fees, Weblico uses a subscription model that includes design, updates, security and optional marketing add-ons. This reduces upfront cost, ensures ongoing care, and creates a clear upgrade path from Launch → Growth → Flexi.
We are based in South Africa (Gauteng) and primarily serve South African businesses, but we work with clients remotely worldwide. For local SEO and search visibility we focus on SA metros while supporting remote clients internationally.
You own your website content and domain. Weblico provides the design, templates and managed hosting while your subscription is active. If you require a full transfer of management or proprietary components, we provide clear transfer/buy-out options — contact support for details.
We work with startups, local small businesses, coaches, consultants and ecommerce retailers. We also partner with larger SMEs and agencies via tailored Flexi offerings.
No. We handle the technical setup, security and maintenance. If you want to edit content yourself, we provide training and admin access (Growth includes extra training). For full hands-off clients we manage everything.
Typical turnaround depends on plan and client responsiveness. Launch sites are usually delivered within 7–14 days after we receive the required assets (content, logos, images). More complex Growth/Flexi builds take longer; we provide timelines during onboarding.
We build primarily on WordPress using Elementor (free & Pro where required). We use WooCommerce for ecommerce and reputable plugins for bookings, forms, analytics, and marketing integrations.

2️⃣ Plans & Pricing

Launch is an entry offer to get you online quickly (limited features, hosting/domain covered for a promotional period). Growth adds pages, blog, SEO Starter Pack, lead magnet support, backups, and priority support. Flexi is our premium tier with advanced SEO, full booking/payment integration, marketing automations, AI chat integrations and VIP support/analytics — plus 50% off future add-ons for Flexi members.
Choose Launch if you want a low-risk, fast site. Choose Growth if you need more pages, SEO basics and ongoing maintenance. Choose Flexi if you want advanced features, frequent updates, and priority growth support. If unsure, book a quick call and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Yes — upgrades are immediate (pro-rated billing may apply). Downgrades require notice and take effect next billing cycle. Flexi VIP has eligibility rules (must be Growth subscriber for 3+ months). See our Plan Transition Policy for full details.
For most subscribers, there is no separate upfront design fee — the subscription covers setup. Promotional Launch offers may waive setup entirely. Custom enterprise or white-label projects may have setup fees; these are disclosed before work begins.
Subscriptions are recurring monthly or annual. Annual plans lock in the year and usually include a discount. You can cancel per our cancellation terms — typically with 30 days notice; see Refund/Payment Policy.
On cancellation your site remains active until the end of the paid period. After that Weblico may pause hosting/management. You can request a migration/transfer at that point (fees may apply). Any promotional bonuses tied to your plan will stop.
We accept major credit/debit cards and EFT transfers. For annual or enterprise billing we can issue invoices for bank transfers. Contact Billing for other currency arrangements.
Yes — we offer annual plans that include a discount (e.g., 1 month free) and stacked annual benefits for Growth and Flexi where applicable.
No. Hosting/domain fees are separate and transparent. Any add-ons or custom development will be agreed and priced up front. We disclose any costs before charging.
Launch promotional offers cover hosting & domain for a limited period (e.g., 3 months). After that clients pay ongoing hosting/domain fees. Growth and Flexi include managed hosting as part of their subscription (see plan page for specifics).

3️⃣ Launch Plan (Free Website Offer)

Launch includes a fully functional website (typically up to 3–4 pages), basic SEO setup, domain & hosting setup (promotional period), and initial support to go live quickly.
The free website Launch offer is for new clients and is subject to availability (limited spots per month). See the specific offer terms on the Launch page for eligibility and limits (usually limited to 5 new clients/month).
Launch is intentionally limited — fewer pages, basic features only, and premium features (advanced SEO, e-commerce, payment booking) are not included and can be added as paid add-ons or by upgrading to Growth/Flexi.
You own your content and domain. If you cancel during the promotional period, you may lose managed hosting or certain managed features. We can provide migration/export options so you can continue elsewhere; fees may apply.
After the promotional period, clients take over hosting/domain fees (unless they upgrade). You can continue on Launch, upgrade to Growth or Flexi, or request a transfer. Upgrading often unlocks bonuses and additional add-ons.
Typical Launch delivery is 7–14 days from receipt of complete materials. Faster timelines may be possible depending on availability and assets provided.
Yes — Launch clients can upgrade anytime. Growth upgrades may include first-month offers and bonus add-ons as detailed in the Growth offer terms.

4️⃣ Growth Plan (Subscription with Bonuses)

Growth includes more pages, blog support, analytics dashboard, backups, SEO Starter Pack, basic e-commerce (up to 20 products), and marketing tools/lead magnet support. It’s designed to convert visitors into customers and support growth activities.
Growth offers may include: first-month free upgrades, a bundled premium add-on for a limited time, and discounts for annual subscriptions. Exact bonuses vary by promotion — check the Growth Offer page for current stacking details.
If you accept the Growth upgrade with a first free month, billing starts after the trial month at the regular Growth rate (or annual rate if you select yearly billing). Add-ons included in the bonus period will revert to standard pricing after the promotional period unless you continue them.
On selected Growth promotions you receive one premium add-on (e.g., advanced SEO or lead magnet design) free for a defined period (often 3 months). After the trial the add-on can continue at normal price or be canceled.
Yes — Launch users can upgrade by contacting support. Your Growth features will activate on upgrade and billing will adjust pro-rata if applicable.
Growth includes an SEO Starter Pack and basic marketing support (lead magnet setup, analytics dashboard). Advanced SEO and marketing campaigns are available as add-ons or under Flexi.

5️⃣ Flexi Plan (VIP Upgrade Offer)

Flexi VIP is available to Growth subscribers who have been active for at least 3 months. It is a premium upgrade with exclusive onboarding and add-on discounts.
The VIP Launch Bundle is the Flexi upgrade package that includes immediate access to all Flexi features, an exclusive strategy onboarding session, trials of upcoming premium add-ons, 50% off future add-ons, priority support, quarterly reports, and members-only resources.
Premium add-ons include advanced SEO, enterprise e-commerce features, AI chat assistants, affiliate program integration, heatmap tracking and other high-value integrations. Flexi members get 50% off current & future add-ons.
Reports include traffic and conversion metrics, UX observations, speed and performance insights, SEO progress, recommendations, and prioritized action items for the next quarter.
Flexi members automatically receive 50% off the listed price of all eligible add-ons (current and future). Discount applies after any trial period ends and is applied via billing adjustments.
Yes. Flexi supports larger sites, agency needs, and multi-stakeholder projects; white-label or partnership arrangements can be discussed for agency use cases.
Flexi includes priority support (fast response SLAs), unlimited small updates, quarterly strategy calls and deep performance optimization. Exact SLAs are documented in your plan agreement.
Yes — downgrades are allowed but bonuses and Flexi-exclusive perks (including 50% add-on pricing) are forfeited on downgrade. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle; contact support to start the process.

6️⃣ Billing, Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed monthly or annually via card or EFT. Annual payments are made up front and include applicable discounts. You can update payment details in your dashboard.
Generally no — we do not provide refunds for partial months. Any exceptions (promotional guarantees) will be explicitly stated in the offer terms.
If payment fails we notify you to update billing. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved. We’ll provide grace periods where appropriate.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full for 12 months and often include a month free or discount. Annual customers receive priority for scheduling and may get added onboarding benefits.
Log in to your Weblico dashboard and go to Billing or contact Billing for assistance.
Prices are shown in ZAR by default. For international customers we can arrange alternate currency billing or invoices — contact Billing for options and exchange details.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude local taxes and VAT. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and billing details.

7️⃣ Hosting, Domains & Maintenance

For Launch promotions we cover hosting & domain for the promotional period. After that clients pay hosting/domain fees. Growth/Flexi include managed hosting in their subscription; consult the plan page for details.
We can connect or migrate an existing domain/hosting to Weblico-managed hosting. Migration is subject to technical checks and may incur a migration fee depending on complexity.
Yes — SSL setup is included for Weblico-managed hosting to ensure secure HTTPS connections.
Clients are responsible for ongoing domain renewals and hosting payments after promotional periods. Weblico can manage renewals on your behalf if agreed in your subscription terms.
Growth and Flexi plans include regular automatic backups (daily or as stated in the plan). Backup frequency is shown in the plan details and can be increased via an add-on.
Yes — Weblico includes routine security monitoring, plugin updates and basic malware scanning on Growth/Flexi. For more advanced security, we offer add-ons and tailored protection plans.
Yes — we provide migration/export assistance. Migration may involve technical steps and fees. Ensure outstanding invoices are settled prior to transfer.

8️⃣ Website Design & Features

Yes — we collaborate with you on branding, fonts, colors and layout. We offer templates and custom design options to match your brand and conversion goals.
Yes. We can redesign or migrate existing sites to Weblico; scope and pricing depend on current site complexity and content migration needs.
Absolutely. All Weblico sites are responsive and optimized for mobile devices as standard practice.
Yes. Growth includes starter ecommerce (up to 20 products). Advanced ecommerce (subscriptions, 50+ products, marketplace features) is available as a Flexi add-on.
Yes — we typically use trusted plugins and will advise on compatibility. Custom integrations may require additional development time and costs.
Growth includes an SEO Starter Pack (on-page basics and technical checks). Advanced ongoing SEO is offered as an add-on or within Flexi for deeper optimization and content strategies.

9️⃣ Add-Ons & Customizations

Add-ons are optional paid features (e.g., advanced SEO, AI chat, heatmap tracking, affiliate program) that extend core plan capabilities. They can be activated monthly or annually and are billed separately.
Yes. Add-ons can be added at any time, just contact support. Flexi members receive a 50% discount on eligible add-ons.
Add-ons are available to Growth and Flexi Plans only. Launch clients can upgrade to Growth to have access to add add-ons.
Core features are included in each plan’s standard offering. Add-ons are optional extras for specific needs or advanced functionality not included by default.

Launch has basic support for setup; Growth includes regular maintenance, backups and priority support; Flexi includes premium priority support, unlimited small updates and strategic consults. Exact support scope is shown on each plan page.
Typical SLAs: Launch — 48–72 business hours; Growth — 24–48 business hours; Flexi — priority responses within 12–24 business hours. Response times vary with severity and plan level.
Priority support includes a faster response queue, faster turnaround for small fixes, scheduled strategy calls, and higher allocation of developer hours for urgent issues.
We prioritise outage resolution. Contact support immediately — Growth and Flexi plans get faster routes to incident response. We maintain backups and can restore quickly as part of recovery procedures.
Yes — small content updates are included per plan. Larger content or copywriting work may be billed separately or available as an add-on.
Yes — Growth includes an analytics dashboard and monthly summaries; Flexi includes quarterly in-depth reports and recommendations. Custom reporting is available as an add-on.

11️⃣ Policy & Legal

All legal documents (Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy) are linked in the website footer.
You can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. See Refund/Payment Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
Upon cancellation we retain backups for a period (as stated in policy). You can request a full export of your site data prior to final termination. Check our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

12️⃣ Special Offers & Promotions

We run periodic offers (monthly or seasonal). Major promotions are announced on the website and Google Business Profile. Limited offers (e.g., Launch slots) fill quickly.
Some offers (like Launch free website) are for new customers; others apply to upgrades or existing customers. Read the specific offer terms for eligibility.
Combining promotions depends on the offer terms. Typically only one promotion applies at signup unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bonuses tied to a higher plan are forfeited if you downgrade. Upgrades activate higher-plan bonuses immediately (see Transition Plan Policy).

We use WordPress as the primary CMS with Elementor as the page builder. For ecommerce we use WooCommerce.
Yes, you receive admin access. For security and continuity we may maintain a site admin account to manage updates and backups. You control logins and can request training on the dashboard.
Small accidental changes are covered by our update/support processes. For major issues we restore from backup or apply fixes. Response times depend on your plan level (priority for Growth/Flexi).
We apply best practices: optimized themes/plugins, image compression, caching, and continuous monitoring. Flexi includes deeper performance optimization and reporting.
We primarily use Elementor for flexibility and compatibility. If you require Divi or another builder we can discuss, but Elementor is our default for reliability and performance.

14️⃣ Results & Performance

Timing varies by niche and activity. Basic improvements (speed, UX) can increase engagement quickly, while SEO and organic traffic typically build over 3–6 months with consistent work.
No reputable agency can guarantee specific rankings. We provide best practices, technical SEO, and ongoing optimization to improve visibility and conversions, but results depend on competition and effort.
Yes — Growth includes analytics dashboards and monthly summaries; Flexi includes quarterly deep-dive reports and recommended actions.
We track sessions, traffic sources, conversion rate (inquiries/bookings), bounce rate, page speed, and goal completions (leads or sales) to measure impact.
