Refund / Payment Policy

Purpose: This policy outlines the rules for payments, recurring billing, and refunds related to Weblico’s subscription services.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscriptions (Launch, Growth, Flexi) are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on the client’s choice. Payments must be made in advance to maintain access to services.
2. Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. Access to services will continue until the billing period ends.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
- Refunds are only granted if explicitly stated as part of a promotional offer or under exceptional circumstances at Weblico’s discretion.
- Annual subscriptions canceled before renewal will not be refunded for the unused portion of the term, unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Billing Adjustments
When upgrading or downgrading plans, billing adjustments will be applied from the next billing cycle. Any add-ons or promotional credits will follow the same rule.
