Standard Plan Transition Policy
Last updated: 2025/10/03
The Weblico Standard Plan Transition Policy governs how clients may upgrade, downgrade, or switch between subscription plans. This ensures fairness, clarity, and consistency across all Weblico services.
1. Upgrading Plans
- Clients may upgrade at any time from Launch → Growth → Flexi.
- Eligibility: Flexi VIP offers are only available to Growth Plan clients who have maintained an active subscription for at least 3 consecutive months.
- All features, bonuses, and add-ons of the higher plan become active immediately upon upgrade.
- Billing adjustments are calculated on a pro-rated basis for the current cycle.
2. Downgrading Plans
- Downgrades require a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
- Plan downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
- All features, bonuses, and add-ons tied to the higher plan are forfeited upon downgrade.
- Custom configurations or add-ons not supported by the lower plan may be removed.
3. Billing Adjustments
- When upgrading mid-cycle, a pro-rated charge will apply for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- When downgrading, the new (lower) rate applies from the next cycle onwards. No partial refunds are issued.
- Annual subscribers upgrading mid-term will be charged a pro-rated difference for the remaining months.
4. Bonus & Free Trial Rules
- Free trial periods and promotional offers apply only once per client unless otherwise specified.
- Bonus perks (such as bundled add-ons or VIP access) are tied exclusively to the higher-tier plan.
- If a downgrade occurs, bonus perks are removed and cannot be carried over.
5. Effective Timeline
- Upgrades: effective immediately once payment is processed.
- Downgrades: effective at the start of the next billing cycle after notice is received.
- Promotions: effective as outlined in the specific promotional terms.
Summary
Clients may upgrade their plan at any time. Bonus perks and add-ons tied to higher plans become active immediately upon upgrade. Downgrades revert to lower features and forfeit any higher-plan bonuses. Billing adjustments are applied from the next billing cycle unless otherwise noted.
